What to include in your request

A useful first message identifies the rooms involved, your community, and whether you want removal, repairs, or a different finish. Rough dimensions are helpful; let Ronald know if you are unsure rather than guessing a precise area. Mention ceiling height, previous paint or patches, and any planned lighting or plumbing work.

After submitting your request, email a wide room photo and a closer view of the ceiling to Ronald. Include your name so the photos can be matched to your request. For damage, explain when it appeared and what has already been assessed or repaired. You can use the estimate checklist or repair planning guide to organize the details.

What happens after you send your request

Use the form to send your project details, then look for the confirmation page. Ronald can follow up using the phone number or email address you provide. If the form does not submit, call or email him directly. Availability, scheduling, and the final work scope are confirmed in your conversation with Chamos.
